You can check your rent account, pay your rent, or update your contact details through Housing Online.

You will soon be able to report repairs, book appointments and track your repairs through our Tenant Portal.

Update your contact details

To use our online services we need your correct contact details.

What you need to do:

  • click here to open our Dash service
  • use the unique code you received by email, text message, or letter from us
  • click Confirm Code and Next
  • enter your postcode and select your full address
  • enter your last name and check the details shown
  • if everything is correct, click Yes to send the form
  • if something is wrong, follow the on-screen steps to update it.
