Fire safety in flats
All blocks of flats are built with fire safety in mind, so that if there is a fire, it is unlikely to spread to any other flats or common areas. However fire safety is everybody's responsibility, so please make sure that you're familiar with the fire safety notices in your building, especially fire action notices and emergency escape plans.
