Byron Court

Byron Court's two drying areas and unused, overgrown gardens were attracting a lot of anti-social behaviour (ASB). The drying areas were unused and dated, the tarmac needed replacing with better surfacing,  and a wall on the lower drying area needed to be lowered to reduce ASB but also maintain privacy for residents.

We carried out a full Decent Neighbourhoods refurbishment including resurfacing, new planters, reducing the wall height, adding new fencing and gates, plus new rotary dryers, benches and tables.
