Schools employability support
Many young people live in council housing in Nottingham, and we want to engage with these young residents. We can’t do this alone and recognise that working with local schools is one of the best way to extend the reach of our employment support.
As part of our objective to inspire, we are committed to working with local schools to improve young people’s transition from education to employment through our local school employability offer.
We are a registered Cornerstone Employer with the Careers and Enterprise Company, a community of more than 300 businesses across England working directly with schools to support them to achieve the Gatsby Benchmark. We are members of the Nottinghamshire South cornerstone partnership and we prioritise engagement with schools based in Nottingham City.
